What are the products that lead to overweight?
Chips seems to be the biggest reason for the problem said Eric Finkelstein from the Duke Global Health Institute. “Chips has a high energycontent (383-574 kcal/100g) and a low saturation index”.
Other products are butter, margarine, breaded fish and meat, fries, milk and soda. So keep these products away from children or give them on a low level, that their health is still good 🙂
