A new year is soon beginning an sometimes this means a time for change.

January is probably one of the months where most people sign up for gyms and start a diet. If you want to jump on this train then here are 3 popular diets. If they work or not – you will see.

 The 5:2 Diet

Eat normally 5 days a week, but then fast 2 days a week (or restricting your calorie consumption to 25% of your energy (calorie) needs)

The Juice Diet

Also known as Juice fasting or Juice Cleansing. A so called Detox method where you only consume fruit and vegetables which are juiced.

The Low Carb High Fat Diet (LCHF)

As the name refers in this diet you eat fewer carbohydrates and a higher proportion of fat.


I believe that the healthiest diet is to eat well, variable and just be your best and be happy.
